Considerable thought and care went into every detail to ensure that this luxe vacation rental is everything we would want when going on vacation. We don’t want to stay in someone’s residence that they live in most of the time, with half used drinks and condiments left in the fridge and their personal stuff everywhere. We want a meticulously clean and beautiful resort like property with gorgeous new decor, high quality mattresses, sheets, towels etc. If that’s what you want as well, then this is the rental for you! You’ll be able to tell there is love that has gone into every detail to make your stay special and memorable – and that’s what it’s all about.
The house sits on 9 acres and also has its own vineyard. The large fully furnished balcony is an amazing spot to take in the splendor while enjoying a glass of wine with friends and family. The immediate backyard oasis includes: 12 person swim spa, putting green, pickleball court, fire pit, bbq and more! The property is located in the heart of the De Portola wine trail. With several wonderful wineries within a few hundred yards of the house, it’s the perfect location. Temecula Hilltop includes a state of the art sound system, artisan eco-friendly toiletries by Beekman 1802™, luxurious buttery soft linens, and more! A pool table, selfie station, bar, and authentic arcade machine with Ms. PacMan and dozens of other games will help keep younger guests (and young at heart) entertained.

We had a wonderful three night stay at Temecula Hilltop celebrating two birthdays. The house was immaculate with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The weather was a bit uncooperative so we didn’t use the outdoor amenities as much as we would have liked or go on a hot air balloon ride. Temecula wine region has it together – all three wineries we ate at had great food and service.

This past weekend was actually my 2nd time staying at Temecula Hilltop. First of all, the location is stunning. It literally sits high above the Temecula vineyards and you have views for days. This weekend I stayed with a group of 12 lady pickleball friends, and we played all day, everyday! The house itself has luxury accommodations, and every bedroom was comfortable and spacious. Temecula Hilltop was a terrific long weekend getaway! This was a chance to get cousins out to play pickleball and have some family time. The house was perfect for our weekend.
First off, Erica was our contact and felt that she was super responsive and made the weekend a pretty easy one. The house is well designed and had a lot of great features. Music in almost every room, so be sure to bluetooth the system. The kitchen was well appointed, so didn’t find that we needed to bring anything. I appreciated the signage that was put all throughout the house for reminders and location of things. Living room was comfortable for communing and the downstairs playroom was a great hangout with a pool table, a bar, and video game console with some old school games (yes….we were dating ourselves playing those games).
The real feature was outdoors. The pickleball court was well kept and in a space large enough that we could retrieve balls without running into anything. Some courts are not well though out enough. Putting green and play area for cornhole, BBQ, gazebo and swim jacuzzi were set out against beautiful views of the hillside. We were lucky enough to have clear weather and moderate temperatures, so the backyard was perfect. Behind the yard and down the hill was Altisima Winery, so we did indulge Saturday afternoon.
All in all, the house was amazing, the features over the top, and comfort level was well done by the owners. I would return to this house in the future, and highly recommend, especially if you like pickleball and wine (as there were many wineries very close by), that you try it out, as well. Thank you to Erica for all your help.

We just stayed at this property for 6 nights with my family of 7, and it was perfection! The house is beautiful, views are amazing, beds extremely comfortable, kitchen organized with everything labeled, plenty to do between Pickleball, pool table, swim spa, putting green, board games, & arcade games. It was so peaceful, we never wanted to leave the house. But when we did, we enjoyed our favorite winery, Altisima, right below the property, with live music. Everyone had a blast! Can’t wait to return!

We have stayed at this estate 3 times and have had such an amazing experience each and every time! Erica has added special touches each visit and makes us feel truly welcomed. We spend hours playing Pickleball and relaxing in the swim spa with some wine, taking in the incredible views. The balcony and adjoining extended patio area are great areas for fun conversations and dancing. For those interested in some friendly betting, the golf tee and putting green provide all the excitement you’d need. There’s so much to do, we usually never leave the property, but on our last visit we took the time to take in the Altisima winery and we could not have been more impressed with the staff, the wine and the ambiance! Check out this spectacular property. You will want to make it an annual trip….possibly more!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Temecula Hilltop for a weekend birthday celebration. The house is so comfortable and tastefully decorated. We loved being able to enjoy the hot tub on chilly nights. The location can’t be beat — so close to many amazing wineries. Communication with the management company is stellar and they responded to questions very quickly. Would absolutely stay here again if we return to the region.

We rented the place for my wife’s birthday and her three sisters and all their significant others. We all play pickleball, so it was nice to have an REAL court & enough space to have a variety of activities to keep everyone busy. Our only regret is we really could’ve stayed there a week, as there were more wineries to see and not enough time! It was nice with speakers inside and out and simple to connect our Sonos app and enjoy our favorite music all weekend!

Temecula Hilltop surpassed our expectations with its stunning location. The panoramic views, particularly in the morning from the swim spa overlooking the valley, were truly awe-inspiring. Its proximity to Altisima Winery made wine tasting and dining incredibly convenient! The house itself was equipped with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to bathroom necessities and a complete laundry room. Our evenings were spent on the balcony, soaking in the view and the peaceful ambiance of the countryside. We’re already looking forward to returning.

Wow, what a trip! We took our family of 4, along with 2 other families with kids and had an absolute blast. The home is huge and feels like you’ve stepped into some kind of paradise. Every corner of the property screams relaxation, and those views? Simply unreal. Our mornings started with a coffee in hand, just taking in the scenery of Temecula wine country.
The pickleball court is one of the nicest I’ve ever played on. It became our daily hangout spot. From the kiddos to the grown-ups, we all got into the groove, rallying, competing, and having a whole lot of laughs. And after giving our all on the court, the huge hot tub was A+++.
The thing that really hit home for us was how kid-friendly everything was. Our little ones had space to run around, and there were so many things to keep them entertained. It’s clear Temecula Hilltop gets the family vibe. Honestly, this trip felt like a giant family and friends reunion, just with a lot more luxury thrown in. If you’re thinking of a chill getaway spot near San Diego that’s fun for everyone, Temecula Hilltop should be at the top of your list! We can’t wait to go back.

We booked this unique and wonderful home for our family to stay for our youngest son’s wedding. This beautiful setting accommodated family member from 1 to 70 years old flawlessly. Beautiful, tasteful decor and ambiance, luxurious beds, linens and toiletries. Our family members could not stop commenting what a wonderful place it was. The views, the swim spa, the fire pit, sport court, putting green, beautiful seating vignettes on the grounds had something for everyone, from relaxing with a book to pickleball or games. It is perfectly done, from the pool table, bar and video game console downstairs, the very helpful labeling of switches, cabinets, a well outfitted kitchen, all accessories anyone might need. The home is meticulously maintained, as are the grounds. All of our family members loved every minute we spent here.

I organized a girls weekend for the 3rd weekend of February, and was so so happy and relieved I settled on this property. Erica was a delight to work with and even when there was a small issue with the spa, she and her team jumped right on it and seamlessly worked with me to have it addressed. I would absolutely recommend this property and Erica’s cohort to groups considering a Temecula getaway weekend.

What an amazing property. The discription is 100% spot on. We were met by Erica she was really great. She showed us all around the entire property inside and out and explained how everything worked, and were everything was. The home is impeckably designed from top to bottom and equiped with any thing you need. Super elegant and extremely comfortable. Felt like home. There are furnished balconies, cabana and quiet sitting areas to enjoy the amazing views of the beautiful grape vinyards and wineries below. And a quite sitting area for early morning coffee. So so peaceful. Altisimo and two other wineries are just a short walk down the hill. We enjoyed spending family time soaking in the sun and dipping in the swim spa/pool, playing pickle ball, and a couple rounds on the putting green. We cooked out on the bbq and sat around the fire pit. We also enjoyed just ordering door dash. The stores and restaurantsare only a short 10 minutes up the road. The kid had a great time in the game room. They qickly had dibs on the room with the queen bunk beds. They played pool, pac man and took selfies wat the selfie station mounted on the wall, complete with all the fun props. This property is above expectations and would be wonerful for many occasions or just to come relax and make memories with your family and friends. I would like to give a very special thank you to Julie and Jean Luke for being so generous and supportive of my family, and helping us make beautiful memories. We had an amazing time.

The host met us onsite at checkin to make sure we were familiar with how everything worked.
